My sister reminded earlier this week that I haven't been making #Freedomnomnom posts, so this week in my keto kitchen, where I make low carb, whole foods from scratch, we have regular dishes like lettuce burgers, egg salad coconut wraps and bacon & eggs, as well as some experiments like the low-carb beef stroganoff made with Bardo Farm stewing beef, and frozen calamari from the new International store in the 'hood.

I hope this post serves as a reminder that how you fuel and nourish your body matters!

Whole foods are best because if you can't pronounce the ingredients, your body probably can't process them either! YOU need to take care of YOU!
