This is quick staple appetizer in my #ketokitchen...

Asparagus with Bardo Farm pancetta--their new charcuterie series is AMAZING--and feta drizzled with Primal Kitchen Balsamic.

Enjoy a simple starter or nutritious snack in under 10 minutes!

Cut and fry pancetta in own fat, remove from heat, chop. Broil asparagus on sheet pan on high for 5 minutes then remove, drop and coat in pancetta fat.

Assemble asparagus on plate, crumble on feta and chopped pancetta and drizzle on Balsamic dressing. Nom!

In my #freedomnomnom kitchen, I try to get two or 3 meals out of big cut of meat. This roasted Butternut squash soup uses broth from my Bardo Farm beef ribs from Monday with added cream and bacon, because everything is better with bacon!
