Listen to the People When It Comes to Housing Woes

This reminds me, when we talk about NH, we should start framing the value proposition of a “Live Free and Thrive!”-life through a scarcity lens… Yes, house prices are staying high despite the drop elsewhere… Why? Because this is a better place to live, we are seeing record in-migration, and there is a limited supply of houses until we can fix this problem.

At this past weekend’s FSB-DAC Conference, I framed it this way:
