My sister reminded earlier this week that I haven`t been making #Freedomnomnom posts, so this week in my keto kitchen, where I make low carb, whole foods from scratch, we have regular dishes like lettuce burgers, egg salad coconut wraps and bacon & eggs, as well as some experiments like the low-carb beef stroganoff made with Bardo Farm stewing beef, and frozen calamari from the new International store in the `hood.

I hope this post serves as a reminder that how you fuel and nourish your body matters!

Whole foods are best because if you can`t pronounce the ingredients, your body probably can`t process them either! YOU need to take care of YOU!
