This week, Carla updates us on the latest of the Manchester-based crypto company LBRY, being taken down by the SEC. We talk the latest Chicken Conspiracies and why eggs are so expensive, and how to stay warm coming up this weekend, when it is set to be BRR!!!
1A
Yesterday after the SEC persecution of LBRY trial. Great to see so many come out in support–definitely felt like the olden days. The SEC was SEC-ing like the gang of federales they are, but I was impressed with the judge who seems to understand that he is unnecessarily destroying livelihoods and an important crypto market leader for no other reason than the SEC is unwilling to say WTF they want. Weak people and institutions, beholden to no one with unlimited taxpayer funds, play these kinds of very expensive and destructive games. Shameful, SEC, just plain shameful. Putting American entrepreneurs and family men out of business for spite. (I’m not pictured because I took the photo.)
Judge Barbadoro also said two very important things: THERE WAS NO FRAUD (i.e. no victim; no crime, this is simply the state aggressing against people they don’t like, in other words, this is a pure and simple case of POLITICAL PROSECUTION) and NATIVE TOKENS ARE NOT SECURITIES & secondary markets are exempt.
Here’s the Union Leader coverage. I hope to write my full report soon.

FYI: If you are wondering what the lifting of a shadow-ban looks like… take a gander here… For the past 3 years, I have been fighting for the same 10 followers on Twitter. Look what happened to my engagement after Elon took over. THEN, I insulted the mighty Fauci and demanded a Nuremberg trial, and got booted for a week, and only regained access yesterday. Will be monitoring to see whether I am again on the intelligence community’s Naughty-But-Oh-So-Nice list. Probably…Â
UPDATE 02/09/23: I no longer have access to Analytics at all. Below is the exchange with “Fernando” from Twitter where I try to ascertain why. My takeaway is that they know a shadowban would show up in engagement numbers, and thus they have to fully suppress it.

Another Twitter Suspension: Censorship on Twitter is Alive and Well (Again)
I just got suspended on Twitter again. I hate those IC fuckers.
For what? I shared a video days ago (maybe a week+) of a lawyer testifying at a local hearing and giving an impassioned speech about informed consent.
In my OP, I talked about how I had been censored for the past 3 years for talking about the Nuremberg Code and the globally-accepted ethical norms for informed consent in medical experiments. I ended my post with “Fauci should hang. #Nuremberg2”.
Since the censorship and shadow-banning by the Intelligence Community (IC) is coming to light, my account has been somewhat unshackled. How do I know? Over the weekend, I noticed I was the first person who appeared when you search the hash “#Nuremberg2”.
I’ve also been fighting for pretty much the same 10 followers up and down for 3 years (my account didn’t grow at all), then magically, after Elon took over, my engagement went up 100+% across all Twitter Metrics and I got hundreds of new followers.

Phew! I wasn’t actually going bananas with my irrelevant posts… the enemies of liberty were purposefully suppressing me!
This morning, when I logged in, I could Tweet for a while. I shared choice information on the history of Federal Reserve, and data linked to global Excess-Deaths post-vaccine rollout. Suddenly, I was locked out of my account.
For folks who haven’t been censored yet, this is how it goes: You are given the opportunity to delete the “offending” Tweet. After that, I was informed that my account would be suspended with limited functions–I can’t tweet or like anything, simply “lurk”–for 7 days.
I submitted the following appeal to Twitter soon after the suspension:
- You do not tell people they will be suspended before you force them to delete the “offending” message. This means I was not making an informed decision, and was not given a proper opportunity to appeal.
- My words, “Fauci should hang,” is based on the historical Nuremberg Hearings where offenders were actually hanged, which is what I was referencing. There clearly is NO REAL OR IMPLIED THREAT beyond historical context.
- There is no reason to suspend my account for 7 days. I removed the tweet, although I do stand by it.
Please reinstate the full functionality of my account.
While I have you, I’d also be interested in learning about my previous shadow-banning… I have had 100% more engagement and have gotten hundreds of new followers since the censorship has come to light. I’d love to see my “behind the scenes”/secret internal designations.
I am a lawyer and I write about the First Amendment and censorship, a public service on Twitter, our so-called “public square.” Please treat this request favorably.
Thanks for your time,
Carla Gericke

This is Twitter’s policy on Abusive Behavior.
One has to ask… what’s more abusive… saying Fauci should hang at a Nuremberg 2 hearing for Crimes Against Humanity… or… I don’t know… unleashing a gain-of-function virus on the world and then adding fuel to the fire of the lockdowns, masks, school closures and economic harm, by forcing an experimental gene therapy with no safety records on the world? I know which one I think is worse…
These are the heroes fighting for your freedoms who you should be thanking. We were not afraid.
We were out from the start, raising the alarm about the loss of freedom being snuck in under the guise of fear.
Fear spread by your government against you.
Fear that made family members turn on each other.
Fear that made you accept loved ones dying alone.
Fear that let you accept school closures and muzzles on your children’s mouths.
Fear that the government, colluding with the legacy news, MANUFACTURED against YOU.
Your government does not serve you. They called you NONESSENTIAL. They MANDATED and FORCED YOU to inject things against your will.
Consent is freedom. If you do not consent, you must disobey.
Lifetime achievement unlocked.
Although totally NOT how I imagined it going down.
Every writer who completed their MFAs with me at City College probably also fantasized about being in The New Yorker. THE NEW YORKER!!!
Which, this week, I am, but not as a fiction writer, but for my political and socioeconomic views. I know it sounds like hubris, but I am in New Hampshire for a reason: To save one spot on Earth for individual liberty, property rights, and the freedom to be yourself. Live free or die! Those are the stakes.
So, sometimes when you are trying to get radical ideas across, you end up sounding… well, a bit bonkers, like this. But still, look Pa & Ma, The New Yorker called me “cheerful and energetic”!
On the plus side, the Free State Project gets ink and this means new people will learn about how great NH is and join us!
I’ll make an episode about the interview and subsequent fact-check call, but briefly, here’s some nuances:
Anti-vax/mandate was lost on them.
The discussion about self-ownership, which justifies my position on abortion. I think it’s wrong. I wouldn’t do it. But I don’t own you, so other than sharing my opinion with you–free speech–you need to be free to do what you want because reasonable people disagree on when life starts.
The discussion about independence being a strategic hedge against federal overreach. A discussion about why I oppose almost all federal laws, when state laws make do just fine, i.e. federalism and states’ rights.
Definitely read the whole article! Notice at the end the real reason for it all… Democrats pivot on messaging and literally steal Trump’s platform. Go look. For reals. It’s pretty remarkable.
Yesterday, Rosemary Rung, a NH Democrat, posted the tweet below, and I responded asking what we should call anti-freedom people like them. In response to that, some people chimed in, and then, in a reply to someone, I jokingly said: “Live free or comply, you non-essentials!”
Clearly, any thinking human would understand this was a choice point on the NH motto, and that I was not directing my comment to anyone, nor was I threatening anyone with “abusive or harassing” speech.
Regardless, Twitter decided to suspend my account for 12 hours, even after I deleted the post.
In case you haven’t been censored on Twitter yet, let me explain some of the steps:
1. They tell you you’ve violated a community standard, in this case, that my word are “abusive or harassing.” My words aren’t even directed at “someone”.
2. You can either click to acknowledge you have indeed violated a standard, in this case, forcing me to admit that my words are ABUSE AND HARASSMENT, in order to get your account back (this is de facto commie “admit you were wrong!”) or you can appeal.
3. The appeal box only allows a few lines of text, so you cannot make a cogent argument to defend your free speech honor.
4. They then give you another chance to “just delete it,” which, if you’re like me, you think, “Oh, ok, wth, you dumbasses, I’ll just cop to it, just gimme my account back” (that’s “app-crack addiction” right there).
5. Even after you admit to your dirty, dirty free speech violating ways, they STILL suspend your account for a certain period of time (this one for me is 12 hours).
These are the kinds of rules you could expect to see under a fascist regime. Oh wait, that is EXACTLY what Twitter is… a corporation claiming to be a private entity with its own “community standard” while also doing the Regime’s censorship for it.

TL;DR: Free speech matters. Censorship sucks.

This week, I do a deep dive on the censorship of the “Hunter Biden laptop story,” and discuss whether free speech is worth preserving. I also contend that Democrat’s take on our Constitutional rights is… insane, and I think I prove it! Let me know in the comments, and buy my friend, Lou Perez’s book, That Joke Isn’t Funny Anymore, right now!
